4. Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days after payment is received.
We ship domestically within the United States using USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Shipping times and costs are displayed during checkout.
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

In summary:

• Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase or before the payment is finalized for processing. After that, refunds may take up to 3-5 business days.

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in original packaging.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Custom jewelry is not currently offered, so all standard items qualify for return.
